Aimee Murray

Hi there. My name is Aimee Murray and I'm so glad you are considering me as your counselor.

Are you seeking someone who is real and authentic? It's rumored that therapy can be a one-sided conversation that offers few chances for genuine interaction between the client and counselor. That is not what you will find when we meet and work together. I will offer a personal connection in order to facilitate growth and healing. My goal is to offer support and guidance in whatever you are experiencing in your life.

I am ready to help you in your journey and look forward to hearing from you. I accept most major insurance plans and offer flexible scheduling for in-person and telehealth sessions to fit your personal situation. I can be reached at 817-330-9372 for a brief consultation. Thanks again for considering me as your counselor and I look forward to hearing from you.

As a therapist, my ideal client is someone who is seeking growth, healing, and self-discovery. I will help my clients by offering a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I will provide emotional support and validation, coping strategies, self-understanding. trauma healing and accountability for change.

I understand that reaching out for help can feel like a daunting step and you may be carrying emotions that feel overwhelming or confusing. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship difficulties, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to face these challenges alone. I look forward to working with each of my clients to achieve their goals and help them live a better life.
